Made in the USA with all-solid tonewoods, the 317e boasts sapele back and sides with a Sitka spruce top, generating a warm, rounded tone that hearkens to old-school acoustic recordings. V-Class bracing dials up the volume and sustain, helping this model produce clear low-end power without the woofiness that can affect some dreadnought-style guitars. A clean appointment package reflects its workhorse utility, and ES2 electronics provide easy amplification. The 317e ships with a deluxe hardshell case.
